Title: International Silver teapot 4 legged 3 toes stamped I.S.CO.

  I need help in identifying this tea/coffee pot with sugar/creamer.  the pot has the stamp I.S.CO. and has a tag on the bottom that states this pot is finest quality, hand crafted and inspector no 9 in maredian Connecticut
