Title: Oneill cupie doll

I have a Oneill bisque cupie doll,  6" tall with moveable arms and tiny blue wings on the back.  Oneill is incised in the clay on the bottom of the feet.  I'm not sure how old it is, it belonged to my husbands grandparents, so I think it might be from the 20's or so.  Does anyone have an idea of the value?
