Title: Picturesque America Books
Post by: Wmbair on June 05, 2008, 12:46:26 PM
Have Vol 1 & 2  "Picturesque America or, The Land We Live In  A deliniation by Pen & Pencil w/ Illustrations on Steel & Wood by Eminent American Artists  Edited by Wm Cullen Bryant   Entered 1872 & 1874 in Library of Congress" Books.  Pages edged in gold.  Good condition, except the front covers need rebound.  Does anyone know what they are worth?  I was told they are worth more taken apart and pages sold separately.  Does anyone know if this is true?  Is anyone interested in purchasing them?  Thanks  alot

Compare your copy and condition to the ones you might find here:

Keeping in mind that prices found there are retail prices for sale and not sold.
