We found my father-in-law's scooter from his childhood. It's probably from the 1930's. Here's a picture of one kind of like it. http://www.napalist.com/classifieds/CPPrintItem.asp?id=455 The tires on it are bigger and split and rotten. It's covered in rust. My husband wants to replace the tires. We found similar ones at a tractor supply store. Then he wants to sand it down and paint it. Opinions, please? Thank you!
