Title: Robert Cart watch
Post by: Dan42nepa on July 24, 2008, 08:55:24 AM
I picked up 4 watches for 1.00 at an auction and, at home, discovered one was marked Robert Cart. I could find little information about his company except it is listed as 1920. The watch is 18 carat gold plated and is a slim wrist watch with the original band. It works if it is wound but I dont want to wind it to tight. I have used 2 search engines and have found only 3 watches of his for sale on the internet and they were very pricey. Anyone have any idea about this watch, his company, possibly dating it and estimated value?

Thanks

Dan

Thank you very much for your reply. I emailed the seller of one which sold to see if he could point me in the right direction.
