Title: D&b antiques, do you know anything about this piece?

It is pretty heavy, except for the little tray that sits inside.

the style is that of george IV(4) english in design. a serveing dish for vegetable's.

it's vintage 1920's or 30's. would sell in the $25.00 dollar range.
