Title: 1st Silver Bar Issue~Mt Everest Mint~1oz Silver Art Bar
Post by: ppuffer on August 10, 2008, 11:35:55 PM
I have one of these bars from my Mt Everest silver collecting days, and I see that they are selling on eBay.  Mine is in good condition except for some tarnish on the corner where the original plastic packaging was torn a bit.  My question is:  should I clean it before putting it up for auction?  Thanks for any help.

often as not and atemp to clean some thing is taken as trying to improve it's condition. or hide a defect. I would say don't clean.
