Title: BUDD SHERRICK ( SPIRIT OF THE EAGLE) PRINT 126/800

I've tried to research this artist but I'm having no luck. It's titled Spirit of the Eagle and it's signed by Budd Sherrick and says 126/800. I'm assumming there are 800 and I have number 126.
It measures 26 1/2 x 26 1/2. I'd appreciate any information on the artist and if this print has any value.
