Title: Ceramic Statue...marked but question on maker

Hi there :)

Im a little new to the antique stint, and me and a fellow co-worker found this piece. Its missing a finger, but other than that its fairly mint. Marked on the bottom with a green ship anchor. Measures 14" long

Could anyone give me an idea?

Nice piece.........dunno for sure. Looks English. Chelsea comes to mind but I'm not sure. I could be way off base. She would sell well because of her size and other obvious reasons.
