Title: Please Help Identify this makers mark!

I have a pitcher that I have tried to ID the makers mark.  It looks like a hand drawn Windmill, It even has a name I can not make out for sure. Any information would be appreciated.  Thank you very much!

The best research tool for China is replacement: http://www.replacements.com (http://www.replacements.com). If your mark is not on their site, you can sent them the photos and they will help you out. Hope this helps.
