Title: old viewmaster value?
Post by: Carlotta on October 28, 2008, 02:08:51 PM
I bought this viewmaster in a second hand store about 40 years ago for $10.00...I have never seen one quite like it since then and wonder if anyone knows the value of this today...
thanks, Carlotta(http://)

I have no idea of the value but yours is very interesting.  Viewmasters have been around for a lot of years and I would think there are collectors and a market for such an item.

Thanks for reply...now to figure out what it might be worth, that is the tricky part when I think of selling something...I guess that is true for everyone...Carlotta

this one is known as the clam shell style. first issue's 1939 & 40 I would be asking a $100.00 dollars.
