Title: Paragon Fine Bone China Figurine "Lady Camille"

greetings, 

my mother-in-law left me a Paragon Fine Bone China Figurine - it has the royal seal on the bottom with the name "Lady Camille" and it is hand numbered.  I have a very limited knowledge of the value of an item of this kind, I would like to find a collector - any suggestions as to where to begin?

She was made in the 1930's. but the prices are all over the board.any where from $25.00 Dollars to $200.00 Dollars.
