Title: identify a statue

Hi all

I'm interested in a reclaimed antique statue that I found while looking at Frome Reclamation website http://www.fromerec.co.uk/pages/stock_item.php?id=134468 (http://www.fromerec.co.uk/pages/stock_item.php?id=134468) could someone please identify the person as there is not much to go on.  If possible I would be interested in a valuation.

it's a bust of Homer.these were typically made in the victorian years. I would expect it too average.$250.00 to $500.00 Dollars
