Title: german pole top

I have a german pole top that looks a lot like the RAD Officer Peaked Hat Shovel and Wheat Sheaved Badge except, of course, it is a pole top. I have found several other pole tops, but none that have looked like this one, can anyone help?

Since we don't have a picture? a guess will have to do. I would suggest it belongs to the German National labor service which started in 1929.

Good site that might help is warrelics.eu  It has all kinds of pole tops from different countries.
