Title: Can anyone help identify this teapot?

I am not sure if this is a collectable. The markings on the bottom appear to be Arabic or something that I can not decipher.
My son purchased this at a sale about 6 or 7 years ago for me and I have not been able to find out anything about it.

This is the best that I could get due to the reflection from th eflash (and no way to turn it off).

Sorry I can't make out the markings.  If you are able to make them out you might try a free site for Arabic to English translation...a good site it stars21 which has it for many languages and even has a dictionary.  There are quite a few sites like this.  Hope someone else will be better help than I have been.  Sorry!
