Title: Is my omega fake or real?

Hello i have a watch and i would like to know if it is fake or real..

It says its an omega from 1920 on the back ..
Everything on the back is "OMEGA WATMC 19K 0,750 SWISSMADE 1920"
Watmc makes me think fake..

And the front is "Omega costelletion 25 rubis"

heres 2 pictures..

Anyone know?
