:o Again I need help on this one. This is about a yard stick tall she is very pretty and in bronze, pretty heavy. Kinda matched the lamp I have posted that was marked Copy By Chennecke L&F Moreau Collection Francase. I believe this was my mother-in-laws mother's lamp and stature. Everything she had was cupids, gold mirrors, etc. Very victoria if that is the right word. Would like to know it she is worth anything.

Is the statue signed anywhere? If so, are there any other markings? Are you sure it's bronze?

It is very heavy and does not look to be procelain. I didn't look on the bottom but like I said, the lamp which is similar says Copy By Chennecke, L&F Moreau, Collection Francase. I'll have to look again.

it looks to well defined for chalk ware. it is french.

Yes I believe you are right about it being chalk. The lamp is metal. How can I find more about her and what do you think her age is?
