Title: Beautifu Girl Lamp
Post by: AmyHeinritz on January 07, 2009, 11:04:48 AM
??? This goes with the stature I posted.  My morther-in-law's mother loved gold mirrors, cupids etc.  Here is a pretty bronze (metal) lamp with the name L&F Moreau Collection Francaise.  Copy By Chennecke.  Would like to know some thing about this lamp and age.  It is in great shape.

Interestingly enough there is a set of "L & F Moreau Spelter Lamps" on Ebay for $1,200.  The lamp you have (lady w/tamborine) is one of them there is a matching man w/violin. It states that the makers signature is under the feet of the figures on the base.  Does yours have a signature there?
