Title: Vanity Gold Mirror

 :D Another piece from our mother-in-law's mother.  This always sat on her mother's dresser and I am assure it came from her mother.  It is very heavy metal and she has a mirror on the wall and two gold little shelfs that seem to match.  Any help identifying this and possible worth would be greatly appreciated.

About 16 x 14.
