I have about 30 of these "hand-made" Egyptian perfume bottles (see some in picture below). They vary in size from about 2 inches, to a foot high. I thought I was collecting something rare and unique for the last 10 years.
Sadly, I have noticed that they are being sold on Ebay by the thousands (rather cheaply I must say).
My research says they are really made in Egypt, but I can't figure out how they can be "hand-made" in such vast quantities? Any ideas?
