the wording on picture 73 is Russian and interpreted into English is "Korosten' china plant by them f e Dzerzhinskiy"

Korosten is in the Zhitomir region of the Ukraine

Founded 1903. Real name is " Korosten Porcelain Factory named after Dzerzhinsky"  Dzerzhinsky was a huge supporter of Stalin.
