Title: need help to identifty what these letters mean

i need some info. i have a chance to buy this set  for 40.00 but the only info i have from the sell is


.There are 3 symbols on the botton: a crown, a S with a slash over it and a flag. All in a row. I suppose the crown means made in England? Below the 3 symbols at the right corner seems like 2 letters c h, but I am not sure

Could you please draw it out exactly as it appears the take a pic and post it....even indicate if each letter o figure is in a circle indention or rectangle and/or whether it is by itself or coupled with another...this can make a big difference in getting it identified!

Each figure is in their own rectangle and coupled with the other two in a row
