Title: paintings by William A Coulter

i have 2 paintings and i am trynig to figure out the best way to sell them. i have researched the artist but am not sure how to find the value of the paintings i have and where to get this info..thanks in advance for any replys...

How about some pictures and who's the artist?  Size of the paintings would help also.

one measures 14x19 and the other is 34x25 including frame...here are some pics

If they're original oils, you may have some serious dinero hanging on your walls...

OOOH yes, sailing ships are prima, and if the name of the ship is noted, even better.

no the ship names are not noted.thyey are signed and originals..the 2nd one is before the golden gate bridge....i know they are worth some decent $$$ christies gave me aballpark auction figure several years ago...but i am wonder what the best way to sell these would be....any suggestions???thanks!
