Title: Japanese ceramic vase?

I don't know if this would be a vase, it has some painting on the inside as well as the outside. I tried to get a good picture of the mark on the bottom, but out of 10 pictures these are the best i got.

The mark looks like maybe 7 Chinese/Japanese characters inside a red rectangle. below the rectangle looks like the number 1 in a circle, and on the edge (you will see in the picture) looks like a circle with A6 inside the circle.

I just want to know if anyone can give me some information on this piece. I have tried searching for the marks online to get an idea of where to start looking for information. Anything would be help. Thanks you in advance for any leads  ;D
