Title: Some kind of antique tools...
Post by: cozyville on May 16, 2009, 09:11:07 AM
Does anyone have any information about any of these old, antique tools??? They all have about 5ft long wooden handles, and has an imprint of "I ACTON" or "J ACTON", 1st letter is a little worn. Any ideas??

Hello Cozyville ...

These look , to me , very much like old versions of tools that were ( and still are ) used for removal , salvage or repair of solid hardwood floorings .
At any rate , they do appear to be prying tools .
