Title: date, value Johnson Brothers Tea Set

I just acquired a tea pot set from my grandmother's estate (she was 92).  The set includes a teapot and a sugar bowl (?).  both are square bottomed.  both are marked with Sylvan (a brown pattern) semi porcelain Johnson Brothers England  Ro No 122733.  both are in excellent condition.  Can anyone tell me the date of these items and their possible value?  Thank you.
