Title: Wallace Nutting
Post by: nsevarino on July 01, 2009, 05:26:46 PM
I have an original signed Wallace Nutting picture that is called "Orchard Bird". I cannot seem to find this anywhere and was wondering as to its value. I believe it is in the original frame and such. Thanks for your help!

Wallace Nutting, 1861-1941. From 1900 through 1941 sold millions of hand colored pictures. As DB stated condition is very important but also rarity, subject matter, size, exterior, interior. Also reproductions abound. Sizes from 1x2" to over 22"x28" were made.

There are many factors to collecting Nuttings and many good books.
