I can tell you what it is at least, but not the value. That's an old hot water bottle. (someone correct me if I'm wrong please)

Hi, I agree with talesofthesevenseas, it is a hot water bottle. If you do a quick search of ebay completed listings, most sold were about $20-$35, although you could have a more valuable one, I don't really know. Some sold in the $100 range.
