Can anyone help identify this and estimate a value?

This appears to be about a 1930's Sheffield Serving tray. Usually these are not worth a whole buch due to the abundance of these items, However your has a wonderful shape popular in the 20's and 30's.  One in good shape will be worth about 20 bucks I would maybe boost that a bit on the unique shape and sheffield name.

If in fact it has no pitting and is in excellent shape I will one up ironlord on this one due to the fact it has a removable divided liner and lid (and all 3 pieces look in good shape) and there is no silver wearing ....$20 to $30.

Agree KC, forgot it had a third piece, that can easily raise the value
