Title: Incense Burner? - Made in France

Can anyone tell me what this is? It says "MADE IN FRANCE" on the bottom.

Looks to me like an incense burner.

That would make sense. There seems to be some traces of ash on the inside.

Bonjour!
Je suis de retour de mon voyage en France. Célébré notre anniversaire de mariage avec un voyage impromptu.
La nourriture était délicieuse et irrésistible antiquités - mais j'ai dû résister.
Heureux d'être de retour sur le forum.
Désolé je ne pouvais pas l'emballage de tout de vous dans mes bagages!
