I have seen these marks before, have a couple of items with this style marks.  I have a friend at work that one monday I could show him and he can read it.  He has looked at mine and made them out.  Thus far non have been anything really special for me.  This look like a well made and handpainted vase, see many of them all the time.  My stab in the dark would be post 70's and made for the tourist market, but these marks are really hard to tell, at least for me.  In my books I have seen these marks and they are old.  Sorry I could not help more, but I will try and remember to have my friend look at those marks.

Okay if you reference the site I am attaching....yours is the mark of:    Ch'ien Lung    Qianlong   Which was from 1736 to 1795

However, This mark has been duplicated many, many times!  Yours DOES NOT appear to be from that time slot!

(Ironlord, this is a site you might like to have in your files!)
