Looks like an Evans Cornocopia table lighter .
Could you please post images or description of any writing(s) on your item ?

The first image you posted appears to be the exact same as mine. Any idea of how much it's worth? I have another image as well, but I'm going to have to go into my garage later on to try and identify what it says (sorry for the poor quality images).

My best guess on it's value , if the silverplate is fully intact & lighter works is about $35.00(USD) , unless you can find a collector who "might" give you $50 for it .
