Title: Globe-Wernicke stacking book case
Post by: dee2 on October 17, 2009, 03:38:55 PM
We have a Globe-Wernicke section bookcase. Pattern# 347, Grade# 598 1/2, A-C single Art-Mission leg base. An excellent condition and are pretty sure that it has been in the family since the 1920's or 1930's and we are curious of its worth and if there is any other info on it ( for example if it might be older than that).

The numbers indicate it was made inthe 1920's it's plain glass front of which there were 8 other designs. 598 indicates it's real Mahogany. they average $200.00 Dollars a section.

Agree with D&b.
