This bowl is from international silver and is also silver sodered? does anyone know what the numbers are? also a plate I found for .50 cents

Your plate is by Royal Copenhagen, pattern 'Annette', the number 3513 is the stock number for the dinner plate.

thanks do you know what the 07c 10 oz and the number 57 means on the silver dish?

I have seen lots of silverplate hallmarks from International silver, but not quite like this on your sugar bowl. Of Course the 10 oz would refer to the capacity size of the dish, I assume 07c would be the pattern Number, just not like I've seen before, and maybe 57 would be the year maybe. I know the hallmark you have is most likely post 40's. I do like the soup taureen look of the sugar bowl, because is only hold 10 oz. I assume it to be a sugar bowl, but my first impression was a soup Taureen.
