Title: Tin ???????

Hi, i search and I searched. There was one person who knows what it is and what belongs in it (on the small hook).
She wouldn't tell me.
Don't know why.
Does anyone here know what it  is?????

I think that is a hanging photo frame. The photo (or artwork or needlework) would hang on the hook and be displayed floating in the center.

What is the size of it?
A guess on my part is a pocket watch holder.

The size is 18 cm high. inches
