Title: Need help with a tea cart. Pics inside.....

This was my grandmothers. I've had it in my house for about 9 years now. I had it in my daughters room with a lamp on it.
I believe it's time to let it go. I can't seem to find much info on it. Under the bottom is says

Imperial Tables
Grand Rapids (with a crest in the middle)
Imperial furniture company
SS

I am trying to figure out a little history, and an age, and also a roundabout market value. For all I  know it's worth $2.00 I found one similar
on eBay going for about $700.00. Any info will help greatly. Here are some pics. It has a removable glass tray on top, and 2 leafs. It is an ebony
color.
