does anyone know if WW1 or 2? and what tank this is?. A elderly lady donated this to our store and said it was her husbands favorite picture, and he was given it by a relative before he passed away. I cant quite read the signature, but maybe moore?

Looks like the British Mark IV tank, introduced in World War I.
These tanks were made 2 different ways. The male tank had small cannons; the female (which is pictured here) had machine guns that stuck out of the side turrets.

Yep, WWI British, the word "Tank" derives from the attempt at secrecy the British used during its development as a "water carrier".
