Title: need info on belgian rug maker- a website would help!
Post by: Overloaded on January 06, 2010, 05:58:44 PM
Have a been trying to locate some company as the rug I am researching has a tag on it that reads  "made in belgium 100% cotton" its a 8'6'' x 12' rug, however the maker wording on the tag is so rubbed out faded I'm not sure which letters its actually made out of but

the best thing I could figure out was __ A S H O A __ the first and the last letters is the ones I can't figure out- no way for me to read it I might even have misread the letters itself in the middle but have been searching and its hard to figure out as the rugs I have been looking at is like "persian" oriential etc I don't care about those stuff I only care about the company's background and information so I can make a good start on that research then figure out what I really have. Is it a common practice not to list a company that made the rug in listings?

any one know what I might be talking about? I even can't tell a difference between a machine-made and a hand-made rug even with pictures to show the difference. Hence more reason for me to do a research on this company.

Any idea?
