Title: photos added:figurine value?, entitled KING Bird with 2 blue crossed arrows

I have a porcelain piece with two King birds on a flowering tree. The bottom has two blue crossed arrows with the number 8465 under it.  It has KING BIRD written under the number.  Does this piece have any value to it?

How many feathers are on the arrow/s?

Chances are they are made in Japan.
