 I have quit afew popular mechanics that I wish to sell but am having a hard time finding out what they are worth.I have about a dozen that are in very excellent shape....any help in reguards to this question will really help.Thanks

Not much I'm afraid.

A good place to get a feel for values is eBay. You can see what the bids and the "buy it now" prices are and that should give you a feel for values.

I found over 600 issues of PM on eBay. Issues from the 1930s through the 1950s appear to go for a few dollars.

There are two from 1911 with "buy it now" prices of $15 each.

You can refine he search for other years.

I'm having the same problem with a collection of Broadway playbills that go back to the 1940s. They go for a few dollars.

Ever since collectors have been able to advertise for free on the internet the supply of collectibles has far outweighed the demand and prices have been significantly depressed in the past decade.
