Title: silver / leather flask

Hello, can anyone tell me approximately how old and the value of this flask.
I bought it in New Zealand about 10 years ago.

It's a hip flask. from the 1920's. it should sell in the $75.00 to $ 100.00 Dollar range.

Is the bottom silver plate or some other type of metal?

it may be Pewter ?
