anyone know how old, who made these and what they are worth?

They appear to be late victorian in style.

Charles ( EASTLAKE ) Settee & chairs 1880's or so. Reupholstered $1,000.00 Dollar range.if it was mine. $1,200.00 Dollars.

not of the period. looks like Velour.
