Title: Trash or Treasure

I got this either at a yard sale or estate last summer. I haven't had any luck finding out anything on the internet. From the looks of the bottom it might have been mounted on something. I don't think it was a regular "sit on the table statue".Thanks for any help!

Are there holes at the top maybe in the mouths? It looks like it could be from a fountain.

I have seen lamps similar.

What are the dimensions and composition of it?

Looks like Venus!

The piece is about 11 1/2 inches in height and the base is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. There are no openings in the mouth so it's not a fountain piece.
