hello just got this bottle holder
its a great item
was just wondering if any one no where i could get more like thisits made of wood

That is neat. Try looking on www.ebay.com. Just don't store any wines that are too expensive in there!

I saw a life size unpainted one once (it was taller than me, and meant to be a closet), but that's about it. And it has no initials or anything? It might just have been made by a local craftsman and sold at a craft fair. Stuff like that is pretty common.

Hey Tales, you live in the Bay Area, seen anything like that? I think about 90% of the stores where I live have wine holders, coolers, racks, etc :P

Not exactly like this one, although there are tons of wine bottle novelty things here.

Many years ago items like this came out of the Black Forest area/Germany.  I am sure that there are other areas that have made them as well.

It was probably meant to hide liquor, not wine.
