I get so spoiled with this technology = almost feel like I am crippled without it when it is "down".

See you soon!!!!

Yup, comes in waves ... my trusty old main comp had to be put down after eight years (!) of near non-stop service. Now working with the secondary (and newer) comp alone - it hurts not being able to 'real multitask' on two machines at the same time :)

As bad thoughts result in bad karma, I'll insert a funny:

A surgeon, an architect and a computer tech are stuck in an elevator and hours go by with them talking about all kinds of things. In the end they come up with a discussion who actually has the oldest profession. The surgeon instantly states that everybody could read up in the Holy Bible that God had created Eve from a rib he had taken from Adam, clearly the job of a surgeon. Smiling, the architect followed with the statement that he had read the passage but a few pages previous it was written that God had created Earth in merely seven days, clearly an architects masterpiece. Weird laughter comes from the computer tech: "Dudes, if you remember the very first page you would know that God created everything in and from utter chaos. Now guess who was responsible for *THAT*?"
