Title: Help ID Table and Chairs Please
Post by: clafever2000 on March 16, 2010, 08:37:15 AM
I would like to sell this table and chair set but need to know more about it.  I'm having trouble finding out any information.  It appears to be a Duncan Phyfe copy???  Table is in 9/10 condition and 4 of the 6 chairs are probably 7/10 and 2 need some real help.  One of the chairs is missing parts to the back.  The rods on the back are brass. The feet on the table are brass.  There is a 1' leaf but it has a bad veneer chip on the corner.  I do have the table pad and it is on fine shape.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Agee with people leaning towards the lower figure if there is obvious damage!

Thanks for the info.  That's kind of what I figured.  If it aint the real deal then it's not worth much.  At least in this case.  I'll see what I can get for it.

Thanks.
