Title: Rome Furniture -Server

I have a server made by Rome Furniture.  On the back it has a label (handwritten)  it says that it was custom made for Albert, Jean & Son in Pennsylvania.  It is numbered 321.   

I just want to know around when it was made, and if it is a collectible piece.   :)
