Welcome djm!

Just a quick search brought up this.  While it does not have an enclosed hutch, the style/finish seems to match.
(This valuation was done in 2008)

A complete dining set ($450), again the hutch is not enclosed.

Sorry, correction on that. The buffet/hutch is Sprague & Carleton but the table/chairs are by Hale. ;)
