Title: Fish item made in ITALY help appreciated identifying it

Ok I have purchased a lovely item (Made in Italy)
I have researched it to no avail!
Any help appreciated regarding what it be used for/its origin/maker/value

Welcome soquilichi!  My first uneducated guess would be a planter.  ;)  I'll bet that unreadable label was the maker/distributor. Will
hunt around to see what I might dig up, but likely others will chime in as their sun rises.........many here with real knowledge.

Thanks so much! Your help is appreciated, my father said it was to put flowers in, so that was close! Many strange items to be found in Aussie op shops!
