Title: Antique Meat Grinder??

Hi All,
I'm back again with more questions lol.
I just received this antique meat grinder from my In laws. Unfortunately not able to find out much about it. Can anyone please help??

I love these old grinders! The number 75 is the model number. There was a similar one, a Perfection model #55 that didn't sell at auction on Ebay here:

I too had trouble finding any other info on this brand, or the manufacturer. I haven't seen it before.
